Aus Gemünd startend zur K7, direkt hinter dem Tor rechts bis Wolfgarten, und wieder runter zur K7.

An der Brücke(nbaustelle) rechts hoch bis zur Parkplatz an der Straße und runter zur K/, dann Asphalt hoch zum Kermeterparkplatz und wieder runter den Trail zur Staumauer. Über die STaumauer dann hoch nach Wollseifen, weiter nach Vogelsang, dann (es fig an zu Regnen über die Straße dann den Wirtschaftsweg zum Salzberg und runter nach Gemünd.

Steigungen bis 20%, nur für geübte geeignet.
