Tja, wenn man von Giesenkirchen aus gerne ein bischen Bergtraining machen möchte, dann bietet sich eigentlich nur die Vollrather Höhe an. Die ersten 20Km sind eher flach aber an der Vollrather Höhe kann man sich austoben. Sie wird 3 mal und die Frimmersdorfer Höhe 1 mal gefahren. Auch sonst ist die Strecke dann schön profiliert. Viel Spass. PS. In Allrath ist ein Kiosk, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, da kann man nachtanken.
