Die Tour beginnt in Kamp-Lintfort auf dem Prinzenplatz und führt an den Loheider Seen vorbei durch den Baerler Busch nach Baerl. Von dort geht es zum Rhein, am linken Rheinufer entlang über die Ruhrorter Rheinbrücke zum rechten Ufer. Die Runde um ein Stück Rhein und einen kleinen Teil des Hafenbeckens trifft an der linksrheinischen Seite der Ruhrorter Brücke wieder auf den teil der Strecke, die Sie gekommen sind.
