About This Route

Diese leichte MTB-Tour führt durch das Vogelschutzgebiet des Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls nach Saint Pere Pescador,  durch die dortigen Apfeltplantagen nach Saint Marti, vorbei an traumhafte Badebuchten und den Ruinen d'Empuries durch landwirtschftlich genutzte Flächen nach l'Amentera. Entlang des Flusses Fluvia zurück nach Saint Pere Pescador und von dort zum Ausgangspunlt. Bei km 27,1 steht das Denkmal zum Andenken an die Olympischen Spiele in Barcelona. In dieser Bucht erreichte das olympische Feuer das spanische Festland und wurde von hier aus durch das ganze Land getragen. Wer den Badeort l'Escala besuchen möchte biegt hier nach links ab. Die Tour kann auch mit normalem Tourenrad befahren werden.
