zunächst auf Radwegen bis Prad
dann der Goldstandard: Stilfser Joch und über den Umbrailpass hinab nach Santa Maria in der Schweiz (Ausweis!)
durch das Müstairtal nach Glurns, dass sich für einen Espresso anbietet
dann über Radwege nach Prad und wie auf dem Hinweg zurück nach Naturns (ab Laas ggf. den nichtasphaltierten Teil des Radwegs bis Schlanders meiden, da Abfahrt!)
