Sábado 8-3-2014 salida de Murcia a las 8:30h para Alcantarilla, carretera de Barqueros, al llegar al segundo cruce de Barqueros giramos a la derecha, llegamos a Los Calderones y derecha para subir el Alto del Castillo, Pliego, Mula, Niño de Mula, seguimos y pasamos sobre autovía y subimos por la  carretera de la cantera llegamos a carretera de Cieza y a la derecha hasta llegar al cruce que va por la zona de La Bemerja, para subir el Alto de Ricote,(agrupamiento), bajamos a Ricote,Ojos, Villanueva, Archena, Ceutí, Alguazas, Las Torres, Alcantarilla y Murcia con 124 kmy un desnivel acumulado de 1220m. El avituallamiento se puede hacer en El Niño o en Ricote, segun veamos
