About This Route

Route führt vom Hahnengrund zu einer Bank auf dem Johannisberg.

Man fährt bis zur B88, überquert diese und fährt am Burgaupark vorbei bis zur Brücke, dort biegt man auf den Fahrradweg Richtung Stadt. An der nächsten Ampelkreuzung überquert man die Schnellstraße und fährt nach Wöllnitz. Von hier geht es durch das Pennickenthal ca. 3,5km bergauf. Am Fürstenbrunnen vorbei (hier gibt es frisches Quellwasser) immer höher bis zur Wöllmisse. Oben angekommen, rechtsabiegen bis zum Hauptweg und hier auch rechts abiegen. Weiter geht es bis zur Sommerlinde, man hält sich rechts, überquert die Wiese bis zum Wald. Den Waldweg hinab bis zur Kreuzung, geradeaus weiter auf dem Wanderweg (rote Markierung) bis zur Bank. Hier hat man einen wundervollen Blick u.a. bis zur Leuchtenburg
