About This Route

Von Halle geht es über Borgholzhausen zur Hase-Quelle. Von hier aus folgt man dem Hase-Ems-Radweg bis zur Bifurkation. Die Birfurkation ist ein Natur-Phänomen, welches recht selten auf der Erde vorkommt, und zwar teilt sich ein Fluß un zwei Flüsse, welche in 2 verschiedene Strom-Delta fließen.

Bei dieser Bifurkation teilt sich die Hase in die Hase, die über die Ems in die Nordsee fließt und in die Else, die über die Werre in die Weser mündet.

Von der Bifurkation geht es über Melle, Neuenkirchen und Werther zurück nach Halle.
