Imediat dupa o pensiune de pe partea stanga, se tine pe drumul de piatra de pe vale la stanga

Ultimii 5 km de urcare pana la Caprioru sunt mai abrupti, dar drumul e bun

De la cabana Caprioru este o coborare frumoasa, lunga, pe forestier pana in Nadrag.

Dupa iesirea din Nadrag se ia la dreapta spre Fardea. Urmeaza o urcare sustinuta de vreo 3 km, pe asfalt prin padure. Apoi o coborare lunga pe asfalt pana in Hauzesti si apoi Fardea.
