Palo Alto to Los Atos via Baylands and Stevens Creek Bike Paths

From Palo Alto you head for the baylands with gorgeous views of the East Bay hills and bay, flocks of geese and shore birds.  Then follow Stevens Creek trail with short but challenging over passes and riparian habitat.  Just before the end of the trail is a small lovely native plant garden.  Most of the remaining route is on street with bike lanes, some busy and some not, as you ride through beautiful neighborhoods.
