An intense sprint stage which clears its high peaks early on. Stage 7 of the Giro covers a route across the provinces of L'Aquila and Rieti. After the last vigorous climb at Spoleto, riders gear up for the final sprint into Foligno.

 

Eine intensive Sprintetappe, in der die hohen Gipfel im ersten Drittel bezwungen werden. Tag 7 des Giro führt quer durch die Provinzen L'Aquila und RIeti. Nach der anstrengenden Auffahrt bei Spoleto sprinten die Radrennsportler hinunter nach Foligno.
