這是阿嘉依據阿嘉所提的北橫+北宜行程計劃初步所規劃的路線。

去程：

由三峽出發走台七線(北橫)往宜蘭出發，這段路程在76K的距離，由海拔40M爬升到1,205M，為雙北全段路程的最高點，也是最硬的路段，過此最高點後即陡坡下滑至宜蘭，去程從三峽到羅東市區約126K。

回程：

宜蘭至台北回程走北宜公路直至北宜路一段的捷運新店站，回程路段最高點約海拔188M，難度會比去程輕鬆很多，回程從羅東市區到新店捷運站約78K。
