Padres Pedal the Cause

Event Description Padres Pedal the Cause is San Diego’s premier cycling fundraiser with a mission to create A World Without Cancer. Last year we had over 800 riders ride and raise $1.3 million towards life-saving cancer research. Everyone can join the fight against cancer! We offer a variety of cycling distances from 12-162 miles to fit every age and ability, along with options to be a virtual rider or a volunteer if you don't cycle. There is truly an opportunity for everyone to be involved. Register now to start a team, join a team, or register to ride solo! EVENT DETAILS •        November 12-13, 2016 •        All rides start and end at Petco Park, 100 Park Blvd., San Diego, CA 92101 •        Children are all invited! Superhero Kids Challenge will offer a 1-mile fun ride around Petco Park for all kids. HOW IT WORKS

1.        REGISTER Choose from one of six course options: 12, 25, 40, 62, 100 or a two-day option for 162 miles. Register at www.gopedal.org.
2.        FUNDRAISE Start your fundraising and raise as much as possible to help advance cancer research. Earn rewards as you reach various incentive levels.
3.        CELEBRATE Enjoy two full days of fun, fitness, food, refreshments and entertainment at our new home, Petco Park. What’s better than a day of riding and fun at the ballpark! PROCEEDS The money raised is used to award grants at our four world-class beneficiaries that fund groundbreaking research that are paving the way for a cure. All the money stays here in San Diego and contributes to our mission to create A World Without Cancer.
