About this route
Knapp 2 km nach dem Start in Nußdorf geht es in den Wald und ab dann mehr-oder-weniger gleichbleibend und relativ steil bergauf bis zur Daffnerwaldalm. Nach einer Einkehr mit Flüssigkeitsausgleich rauscht es in einer Schuß-Abfahrt auf gleicher Strecke zurück. Die Piste besteht aus Beton und teilweise Schotter.
FAZIT: Super ist, dass die steile Auffahrt großteils im Wald und damit auch im Sommer angenehm kühl bleibt. Da es ohne Unterlass kontinuierlich steil bergauf geht, ist man relativ schnell oben.
Noch besser als von Nußdorf aus ist der Start am Wanderparkplatz neben der Innbrücke bei Neubeuern, denn dann wird man bei der Anfahrt über den Inndamm bereits warm und kann es danach auch wieder nett ausklingen lassen. Aber dann ist es nicht mehr quick'n'dirty …
