Sortida curta però no per això deixa de ser una ruta molt interessant. Sortirem pel ja conegut i habitual recorregut de sortida de la urbe, direcció Santiga i Polinyà. Després cap a Sentmenat i Caldes de Montbui. A Caldes gaudirem d'un tram de poc més d'un km on tremolarem amb les llambordes, us imagineu La Paris Roubaix? A la sortida de la població comença una dura i llarga pujada de 8 kms al 6% de pendent mitjana. Baixarem pel mateix recorregut i tornarem per la C-59 fins a Palau de Plegamans on girarem cap a la dreta a buscar la carretera de Polinyà i cap a casa.
