About This Route

Beginnend in Porta geht es an der Nordseite des Wiehen auf leicht hügeliger Stecke nach Bergkirchen. In Bergkirchen wird auch die Südseite des Berges gewechselt, was einen Anstieg mit ca. 100 Höhenmetern bedeutet. Dafür kann man es nach der Überquerung fast bis nach Westerholz rollen lassen. Nördlich von Bad Oeynhausen geht es dann über kleinere Dörfer ostwärts der Weser entgegen. Die letzten Kilometer auf dem Weserradweg sind völlig flach bis man wieder den Ausgangspunkt erreicht.
