Se sube el puerto de Navafría desde Lozoya. Se toma el horizontal hasta el desvío que baja a Lozoya y en seguida otro desvío continúa en Horizontal. En unpar de desvío más se llega a la pista que baja por el pinar hacia San mamés. Se sale del pinar junto a la cascada de San Mamés.

La vuelta por Navarredonda y la pista que lleva de este pueblo a Lozoya.
