About This Route

Meine erste Fahrt mit dem Rad nach einer Pause von fast einem Jahr. Meine Rücken OP ist jetzt knapp 5 Monate her und es klappt schon ganz gut mit dem MTB, das ganz wenig Luft in den Reifen hat. Nach 10 KM merken die Beine, Aha da war doch mal was und kurbeln einfach los :-). Bei KM 25 war dann allerdings erstmal Ende, schon mehr als ich nach dieser ganzen Sache erwartet habe.Jetzt heißt es, fleißig weiter trainieren.
