Plecăm din Gara Perșani și facem stânga la Băile Perșani spre satul Șinca Veche. Aici vizităm mănăstirea rupestră după care plecăm spre Ohaba, unde vizităm moara cu apă. Până în Vad avem 3,5 kilometri după care alți 6 până în rezervația Poiana Narciselor. Întoarcerea o facem pe același drum: Vad - Ohaba - Șinca Veche - Perșani. Fiindcă drumul spre Poiana narciselor este parțial neasfaltat, nu recomandăm traseul cursierelor.
