About This Route

Cycle from Llanelli to Cross Hands on the Cycle route, a gradual climb to Cynheidre and then mostly flat to Cross Hands. From Cross Hands cycle through the villages of Drefach, Pontyberem, Pont Henri, Carway, Llandyry and turn right at Pinged to join the cycle path to Llanelli, Roads are not too busy unless you hit the rush hours and school runs. Two climbs of note, Pontyberem towards Pont Henri and one shorter, steeper climb at the Pontyates turn to Carway, although there are short little teasers when leaving Drefach and when approaching Llandyry.
