Start am Parkplatz Wasserbahnhof in Mülheim (genügend große Parkplätze auch für PKW mit Fahrradträger) durch die Rheinauen zu Schloß Hugenpoet, die hübsche Altstadt Kettwigs und an der anderen Ruhrseite zurück bis Mülheim. Achtung auf dem Rückweg: Der schmale Radweg führt direkt an der Ruhr entlang. Bei viel Fahrrad-Gegenverkehr nicht für Anfänger geeignet
