About this route
Südtirol Pässe Tour Rennrad und E- Bike
Start in Nals am Etschtal Radweg nach Bozen. Vor Bozen geht der Radweg nach hoch nach Eppan mit wunderschöner Aussicht Richtung Meran. Nach Eppan geht es dann rechts hoch zum Mendelpass. Wir erklimmen Anstieg von 960 HM zum Mendelpass. Im letzten Drittel hat man Traumhafte Aussichten ins Tal, den Kalterer See, die Weinstraße. Am Mendelpass geht weiter Richtung Fondo. Nach nur 300 Meter gehts dann rechts hoch zum Penegal Gipfel. Hier sind es nochmals ca. 300 HM mit Steigung bis 16 %. Der Ausblick vom Penegal nach Meran, Bozen, die Berge, Richtung Trento ist ein Genuß.
Danach gehts dann wieder Bergab bis Kaltern, zum Kalterer See, Klughammer auf den Etsch Radweg und dann zurück nach Bozen und und Nals.
86 KM, 1700 HM, traumhafte Ausblicke und viele Möglichekeiten für Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
