Start in intake lane near Bickerstaffe church cycle to the roundabout with junction for the amier pub (formerly the wheatshef) turn left to continue to M58 motorway roundabout.  Circle the roundabout and retrace back to the roundabout.  Continue thruogh the roundabout to contiune to the next roundabout (rainford island).  Encircle the roundabout to return amier pub and turn left to finsh on intake lane, before you reach the start.
