Die Tour startet in Ense-Parsit.

Es geht über Niederense an der Möhne entlang nach Günne. Nach einem kurzen leichten Aufstieg kommt man an der Staumauer raus. Der weitere Weg führt einmal um den Möhnesee herum und ist recht flach. Dann geht es nach einem kurzen aber steilen Anstieg durch die Wälder Richtung Neheim. Vor Neheim wird recht abgebogen und durch Höhingen geht es wieder zurück nach Ense-Parsit.
