Über Hombruch zum Phönixsee und weiter entlang der Emscher bis Sölde. Fahrtrichtung Norden nach Asseln und dann auf der Hellwegroute nach Körne. Nördlich die Innnenstadt umfahren Richtung Hafen. Über die Mallinckrodtbrücke weiter nach Wischlingen und Haus Dellwig, dann Richtung Süden durch  Lütgendortmund und Kley auf den Rheinischen Esel.

Überwiegend Radwege oder ruhige Nebenstraßen außer die Innenstadtumfahrung auf der Heiligegartenstraße!
