Best to drive to Villefranche-Sur-Mer and park the car there. Can also be done from La Vague, but the quite long way. Along the coast trough Monaco (lot of traffic but quite easy by bike). The most beautiful part is the way back from Cap Martin up to La Turbie (beautiful views and not too step).
