Sehr schöne Strecke entlang der Mosel, flacher Start mit 35 km je nach Windrichtung aber dennoch sehr anspruchsvoll. Kräftiger Anstieg ab Remich/Nennig. Schöne lange Abfahrt bis Saarburg mit teilweise sehr hohen Geschwindigkeiten. Dieser Teil ist nicht so stark befahren, daher ganz angenehm. Schöne Abfahrt bis Ayl mit Schnitt von 50 km/h. Ein letzter starker Anstieg kurz vor Könen und dann noch einmal mit 40 km/h bis Konz Könen.
