About this route
De fietsroute Rondje Fluessen is een ronde om het tweede grootste meer van Friesland. Deze fietsroute leid jou rondom het meer 'Fluessen' in de gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân. De route start en eindigt bij Hotel Galamadammen in Koudum en leidt jou langs het diverse en vooral waterrijke landschap in de gemeente. Tijdens de tocht kom je door diverse kleine dorpjes en echte watersportplaatsen. Plan gedurende jouw fietsroute ook zeker een stop bij een aantal"must-sees" in de omgeving, waarvan houtzaagmolen De Jager in Woudsend er één is. Maar het leuke van deze route is de fietspont bij Gaastmeer. Om het rondje Fluessen volledig te volbrengen dien je bij Gaastmeer op de fietspont overgezet te worden om zo naar Heeg te fietsen.
