About This Route

Die Große Heide ist ein naturgebiet, wo twährend des 2. WW der Flugplatz Venlo-Herongen lag. Der größte Teil des Naturgebiets besteht aus Heide. Doch findet man hier seltene flora en fauna. Das schwarze Wasser war früher ein Seitenarm der Maas, wo aber gegenwärtig ein bedeutsames Gebiet für Amphibien ist.
