About This Route

Diese schöne Mountainbike-Almenrunde führt uns von Hafling über die Leadner- und Vöraner Alm bis hin zur Wurzer Alm. Direkt vom Parkplatz aus starten wir auf Markierung Nr.16. Die kleine Straße führt zum Gasthaus Brunner. Unser erstes Ziel ist die Leadner Alm (1512m). Hier brauchen wir noch nicht viel Kondition, erst kurz vor der Alm wird die Straße allmählich steiler. Vorbei an der Leadner Alm folgen wir dem Jochweg (Forststraße) durch schönen Wald hinauf zur 300m höher gelegenen Vöraner Alm (1875m). Nun eröffnet sich uns ein herrliches Panorama auf die umliegenden Berge. Auf Markierung 2 geht es hinunter zur Wurzer Alm (1707 m). Zum Ausgangspunkt zurück gelangen wir dann über den Forstweg. Die Almen sind allesamt bewirtschaftet und bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.
