A nice one day trip. Starts in Kromeriz and again, it ends in Kromeriz. The route is situated alongside the Morava river, on a tarmac bike path. You can bring yourself your road or trek bike. Especially in Otrokovice area there is a windy weather in a spring season. Most of the path is shielded by trees, it is hidden, so to speak. A lot of body of water around. The Morava river runs from Kromeriz city till Spytihnev village. Then the route continues side by side with Bata (artificial) channel. In Kostelany village you can cross the bridge and go to visit a museum of aviaton in Kunovice. Stare Mesto and Uherske Hradiste are actually one city. Zlin city is situated only few kilometers from Otrokovice. For people with families there are tons of villages and quality paved bike path all around the area. A lot of restaurants, bars and cafes near this route as well. Not to mention Kromeriz - it is an UNESCO listed city. Zlin city, strangely here in Moravia area (eastern part of Czechia), remainds me of a typical UK or NL/BE city with brown coloured brick wall buildings. Zlin every august hosts "Barum rally", probaly the most famous motorsport event in Central Europe. If you prefer to experience technical terrain there are MTB paths in "Chriby" hills situated to the west of this bike path. There are observation towers as well (example "Brdo" near Rostin village). It is up to you where to go, what to visit. I like this area very much.
