Von Lugo über das älteste Zisterzienserkloster Spaniens, Monasterio Sobrado dos Monxes, ein riesiger beeindruckend verzierter Bau mit Kreuzgang und Pilgerherberge.

Ab Arzúa das letzte Stück auf den Camino Frances entlang der N 547. Hier gibt es einen genügend breiten Seitenstreifen, der wegen des Verkehrs auch nötig ist, vorbei an dem Riesenhostal, Monte do Gozo - die ganze Gegend ist eher öde-, bis zur wunderschönen Kathedrale mit schwarzer Madonna in der Innenstadt von Santiago de Compostela. Santiago ist wirklich eine Reise wert!

Das letzte Stück Weg vor Santiago ist vergleichsweise wenig reizvoll, dafür Santiago umso mehr.
