bis Rüggeberg über den Heilenbecker Hangweg, von Rüggeberg über Ennepetaler Rundwanderweg nach Beyenburg über die Spreeler Mühle.

Ab Beyenburg den Bilsteiner Berg hoch bis Meier am Külchen, von dort weiter bis zum Martfeld, über den Reiterhof am Brunnen, Mönninghof zum Ennepetaler Bahnhof.

von dort über die Kölner Straße, Kirchstraße zurück.

Dieser Weg beinhaltet den 4. und 5. Teil des Ennepetaler  Rundwanderwegs "Wappenweg"
