I am 100 prozent handicapped with Polyarthritis and spondilytis (neck, spine), and also arthritis of both knees (3 and 4 severity),

Due to much pain I when walking I use bicycle, which gives me some pain relief, and also keeps me fit. Knees seem to have improved, although I am forced to use walking aid. I clasp walking stick to frame of bicycle
