from km 18 pure nature, small to smallest side roads, hardly any traffic, constantly up and down. Warning: only a few restaurants / shops !!

Start from 1150 to 1600 meters above sea level, about 8 km to the Pas de Peyrol. Long descent, flat along the river at the end, the Dordogne is a sensationally beautiful river landscape. A castle awaits us.

larger roads with traffic from Bergerac, as it’s Saturday and we’re leaving early, no problem. Small detour via Saint-Emilion and Libourne and afternoon tea in Bordeaux. There are 30 km absolutely flat to Margaux.

Pedal rotation is not possible smoothly. 'It is stuck' the right leg just before the highest point. The scar hurts a lot, but ... I have already ridden a bike for the first time.

hügelig, letzte 30km vor St. Etienne städtisch, nicht sehenswert. Achtung: Brücke zwischen Chasse-sur-Rhône und Givors ist für den Bus zu niedrig. Muss Autostrassen Brücke benutzen.
