Am Ende der Runde gibt es 2 kurze Passagen unbefestigten Weges von etwa 300m + 50m.
Heute ist Wetter wie in bella Italia, erste Ausfahrt in Doppelkurz dieses Jahr. Und mit neuen Schuhen. Es geht auf der RTF Route vom RSC Duisburg über Land. Die Luft ist leider sehr Chitinhaltig, das Insektensterben nimmt heute definitiv zu, also Mund zu und durch. Bei km 80 setzt ein Krampf im Oberschenkel ein, beim Start wohl doch ein wenig übermütig und euphorisch losgelegt. Es hätte auch einfach eine schöne Grundlagenausdauerrunde sein können. Zum Glück löst er sich wieder, aber das Tempo ist jetzt natürlich im Keller. Und da sgeht auch das Bier kalt - hurra - und prost!
