About this collection

Named after the classic Swabian soup, this is a fun mixed-surface ride of about 23 km with roughly 300–400 m of climbing. You’ll spend most of the time on bike paths and quiet back roads, with stretches of farm tracks and a bit of gravel. Only short sections touch busier roads.

Expect rolling hills, village lanes, and open countryside vibes. A road bike can do it, but wider tires (32 mm+) make the unpaved bits comfy. It’s great for a relaxed half-day spin or a quick workout. The elevation suggests it might not finish exactly where it starts, so double-check start/end points if you’re planning logistics.
