Knoepfle Loop

A collection of 6 cycling routes.

Overview

About this collection

A rolling loop with plenty of quiet back roads and a few farm tracks. It’s mostly smooth asphalt with short gravel and unpaved bits sprinkled in, plus a couple punchy climbs to keep things interesting. Traffic is generally low, with stretches on access roads and the odd path through more rural sections.

Best on a gravel bike or a road bike with tougher tires; the unpaved parts are brief but can be rough if it’s wet. You can hop on anywhere and ride it in either direction.

Great for a steady workout or a relaxed spin—just save a little energy for the climbs. Watch for surface changes and occasional farm vehicles. Download the route for offline use and double-check any local access notes or seasonal restrictions before you roll.
