A hilly collection linking the Sense, Glâne, and Veveyse districts in Canton Fribourg, Switzerland. Expect punchy climbs and sweeping farm‑road descents, with roughly 1,800 m of vertical on mostly paved surfaces.

The routes lean heavily on quiet country roads, with a few short stretches on busier roads and the odd gravel or cobbled bit—totally fine on a road bike with sturdy tires. Terrain rolls through fields, forests, and small villages in a bilingual (German/French) corner of Fribourg, right between the Swiss Plateau and the pre‑Alps.
