Rhine River Ride
A collection of 8 cycling routes.Easygoing spin along the Rhine with a bit of everything. Expect mostly riverside tracks and quiet roads, plus a few short links on busier streets. Surfaces are mixed: plenty of asphalt and other paved bits, with notable gravel sections and the odd cobble, so wider tires (32–40 mm) are a good call.
Rough stats: about 23 km with ~285 m of climbing and ~365 m of descent. It’s a laid‑back half‑day ride with river views, breezy stretches, and lots of spots to pause for a coffee or photo. You can start almost anywhere along the way and ride it in either direction.
Good for fitness spins, sightseeing, or an easy adventure between Rhine towns. Watch for traffic where the route briefly joins busier roads and be courteous on shared paths. Wind can pick up along the river, so pack a layer. Enjoy the flow and the scenery.
