About this collection

A scenic loop around Sweden’s biggest lake. Vänerleden links quiet roads, bike paths, and a few gravel stretches with long shoreline views, forests, beaches, and cozy harbors. Start anywhere along the shore and ride a section or go for the full loop—great for a relaxed, multi‑day tour.

Surfaces are mostly paved with some gravel and compact paths mixed in, so slightly wider tires make it comfier. Expect gentle rolling terrain, open lakeside winds, and plenty of spots to grab a swim, coffee, or a meal in small towns. Best from spring to early autumn. Perfect if you want big‑lake scenery without high‑mountain climbs.
