The carrying and pushing stretch between the passage of Plattel and the Rauhalm (between km 15 and 16) is very, very difficult!! It took me about 1.5 hours and I was completely exhausted in between. The path is very narrow, partly rocky, steep and boggy, a real 'footpath'.
