１日目 黒保根からキャンプ場まで走行：約６２ｋｍ 宿泊：榛名湖オートキャンプ場 温泉：榛名湖温泉ゆうすげ ２日目 キャンプ場から渋川駅まで走行（草津温泉経由）：約１３４ｋｍ 渋川駅から水沼駅まで輪行 温泉：吾妻線沿線あるいは水沼温泉センター ※２日目はかなり長い距離となっているが、最後の吾妻線沿いはずっと下りなので走ったら気持ちいいかなと思い設定してみた。参加者の様子を見て、きつければ途中で輪行に切り替えれば問題ない。
