Start and finish at bottom of Belle Isle village - using old plantation tracks, fisherman tracks between bays and a little bot of road to explore this south east corner of Grenada. Very quiet trails, lots of climb and descent and some technical sections but nothing too hard. Beautiful area, stunn

A great ride starting from La Sagesse, into Maquis Point Development then up to top off Thebaide Hill and a great descent down an old plantation trail to Coals Gap. Back to La Sagesse via the beach.

Beautful area to hike in - this is actually a hash route and very technical in places - at Requin Bay you have to walk around rocky shore (depending on high tide) and then a very hard ascent of cliff face to reach top of ridge. Better to keep pushing on up main trail and look for well made trail
