This is a fairly long and quite varied ride. About 10% singletrack and the rest fire trail. Terain varied from smooth hard-pack to steep loose trail. There are several sections that are both very steep and rough rock-gardens. Downhills are equally varied.Â
Once reaching the peak of Pine Mountain the trail drops to Kent Lake. The final (significant) climb is from Kent Lake back to San Geronimo Ridge. It's a 950ft climb, not steep, but just keep it on mind!
