Cycling day trip from Senj to Banjol

Get ready for a leg-stretcher! This cycling route takes you from the historic coastal town of Senj—famous for its imposing Nehaj Fortress and dramatic views over the Adriatic—down to the sunny island vibes of Banjol on Rab Island.

It’s an adventurous ride, covering about 84 km with some serious up-and-down action, so be prepared for a challenge (bring snacks!). Much of the way, you’ll be rolling along gravel paths and tracks, crossing stunning mountain passes with sea panoramas. The climbs are steep (over 1300 meters at the highest point!), but the descents are just as epic.
