About this route
Wesel railway station to Ruhrort railway station (Duisburg), via Rheinberg and Orsoy, following the Rhine river.
The Google map and photo image do not match up where the B58 road crosses the Rhine river. I have a sketch of the new crossing point (see marker). The routing and GPS should be correct (not yet ground tested, though). Disregard the Google satellite photo, as it is out of date (June 2011).- -:--

Cycle in the right hand side cycle path across the bridge, take the first turnoff right, turn back towards the Rhine, at T-junction, turn right into the B58 road underpass and immediately left. Take the right hand path to reach the Rhine-side cycle path, then turn right.

Dismount in the car park area. Walk through the shrubbery to the nearby road. Turn right and immediate first left.
