Colinele Transilvaniei: Sighișoara - Breite - Apold - Vulcan - Sighișoara

Go up the Breite Plateau and then turn left on the pebbled forest road (same red strip) for approximately 8.2 km amidst solitary ancient oaks and then through the dense deciduous forest. Leave the pebbled road on a path that goes up and down gently and after approximately 4.2 km on your left you will find the blue strip marking that gets you down to the village of Apold. Follow the same marking towards Daia for approximately 4 km on a pebbled road up to the crossroads towards Vulcan; there you must turn left and continue on the blue cross marking. Go through the centre of the village of Vulcan and follow the red cross marking to the watershed where it crosses the red strip marking. Turn left on the red strip and continue for approximately 10 km on a pebbled forest road, by the St. Dimitrie monastery all the way to Sighișoara.
