Purcell's Cove Road has some nice rollers and minimal traffic. Â Occassionally you'll get some nice ocean views too.
This route is a nice alternative to the crumbly shouldered Herring Cove/Purcell's Cove loop.
Use the End of Hebridean -- at Pelham where the road is wide and just before you hit Herring Cove -- as the first U-turn spot and then the crest just west of St Augustine as the second U-turn spot.
Finish back at the rotary when you have done enough out and back runs to Hebridean.
Use the crest here as your turn-around since it offers the best visibility and it means you can avoid the higher traffic portion that starts north of the Williams Lake intersection.
