Jičín - Valdštejn - Sychrov - Malá Skála - Kozákov - Holín

148 km with 2,580 meters of climbing on more challenging circuit routes through the Bohemian Paradise and surroundings, suitable for trekking bikes, not suitable for road bikes.

The route starts and ends on the western edge of Jičín, in the village of Holín. We set off along the C14 and climb to the village of Prachov, passing the Rock Town to Pařecká Louka, then turning left, continuing along C14 descending, through Blata and Vydalov to Mladějov, then left and along C14 to the start of the village Roveň, right and descending to Nebákov and around the campsite along the blue and red hiking trails past the water reservoir, climbing above Nebákov then along C4011 via Troskovice and around the pond Vidlákov, then along C4078 climbing up to Hrubá Skála and continuing past viewpoints on the rocks to Valdštejn Castle. Further along the red hiking trail to the Hlavatice lookout tower and from there carefully descending on an unmarked path to the road, turning left and again climbing along C14 past Kacanovy to Vyskeř, straight on through Lažany and through Pekařova Gate into Libošovice, right to Dobšice and at a wide crossroad right and along road no. 279 to Žehrov, here left and along C4009 on a field road around the Příhrazy campsite and Žabokoru pond to Březina and immediately after the motorway pillar right along the Jizera river to Loukov and further to Svijan, where a small right-hand detour can be made to visit the brewery pub and refresh.

From Svijan via Svijanský Újezd and right to Radimovice, here turn right and after a short while arrive at Syvhrov, where the Sychrov Castle with its park can be visited. From Radimovice along the Mohelka river through Třtí to Slavíkova and right to Hodkovice nad Mohelkou, where there is a good restaurant with a nice garden and good draft ice cream, straight through the town and under the R 35 motorway to Rychnov u Jablonce, right and descend to Malá Skála, crossing road no. 10 and the Jizera river, around the rope park under the railway line climbing through Prosíčka to the village of Dlouhý and descend to Chuchelná and from there climb up to Kozákov, descend back to Bočov, right and continue descending to the village Kozákov and left through Tatobity to Žernov and then left to Jivany, Libuň, straight ahead through Březka to C14 and left through Prachov descending to Holín, from where we started.
